We begin the day with a gentle yet effective body activation that gradually awakens the body and stimulates the flow of energy. Through somatic movement, we establish a connection with the body and improve awareness of our sensations. The exercises are suitable for all fitness levels and take place in a supportive, steady pace. This creates a stable foundation for a relaxed and balanced start to the day.
Through a combination of stretching exercises, strength exercises, and breathing techniques, we strengthen the body while calming the mind. The focus is on the connection between breath and movement, allowing for deeper relaxation and a greater presence in the moment. Participants gradually release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance their inner balance. The natural seaside environment further supports a feeling of lightness and flow.
We conclude the program with a meditation by the sea, where the mind becomes calm and the body is awakened and prepared for the day ahead. Through guided mindfulness techniques, we deepen the connection with ourselves and create clarity and inner stability for a fresh start. The sound of the sea and the fresh sea air enhance the feeling of regeneration and awaken new energy for the day’s challenges.

The program is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or physical fitness — no prior knowledge or experience is required. Everyone is welcome who desires an active start to the day and some time for themselves.
Please come in comfortable clothing for movement, and bring a towel and a water bottle – mats will be provided.
