Program

Workshop Program: Saturday, May 23, 2026

Introduction, connection, and awakening awareness (30 minutes)

  • We explore the purpose of the workshop and create a safe, supportive space for a shared experience.
  • Through gentle connection exercises, we open up, connect, and feel that we are not alone.

The workshop begins with a soft introduction, presenting the intention of the gathering and creating a safe space for relaxed exploration. With playful ice-breaking and connection exercises, participants connect with each other and gradually turn their attention inward.

From the very beginning, we encourage body awareness through breath and presence in the here and now. Participants calm down, let go of everyday worries, and prepare for a deeper experience. This lays the foundation for an open, supportive, and pleasant atmosphere.

Conscious breathing, movement, and connection with nature (60 minutes)

  • Intuitive movement, where you follow your body and breath, finding your natural rhythm without pressure.
  • A mindful barefoot walk by the sea, deepening the connection with yourself, nature, and your sensations.
  • A symbolic letting-go ritual by the sea, along with guided exploration of breath, movement, and release of tension.

Through guided breathing techniques and conscious movement, we explore the importance of breath and its influence on body and mind. Participants learn to recognize tension in the body and gently release it through relaxation techniques.

Intuitive movement allows each person to follow their own rhythm, free of expectations.

This is followed by a mindful walk in the beautiful seaside nature, where we connect with our surroundings and inner sensations.

Barefoot walking, contact with the earth, and a symbolic letting-go ritual with the sea and salt deepen the experience of inner balance.

Relaxation, integration, and closing ritual (45 minutes)

  • Guided relaxation, meditation, and breathing exercises for deep rest, calming the mind, and inner peace.
  • A closing ritual with tea and relaxed conversation to integrate the experience and create a sense of lightness.

In the final part, we surrender to guided relaxation, allowing the body deep rest and regeneration.

Meditation and breathing exercises further calm the mind and strengthen the sense of inner peace. Participants have the opportunity to integrate their experience and connect even more deeply with themselves.

We conclude with a gentle tea ritual and relaxed conversation, sharing impressions. The entire experience leaves a feeling of lightness and something that truly nurtures the soul.

Who will guide you on your journey inward?

The workshop is led by Jasna, a physical education teacher and natural healing therapist, who—through her experience as a former athlete—deeply understands the body, movement, and its inner language. Her work is based on a holistic approach, using breath, movement, and presence to restore inner balance. She places special emphasis on nature, seeing it as a teacher and a space for regeneration where we reconnect with ourselves. With her playfulness, warmth, and authentic approach, she creates a safe environment where we can relax, open up, and simply be.
